The respective level of the subject you will be undertaking, therefore, you will need to fill only subjects you will be be studying in the year 2013 (this year). For example you will need 6 science subjects and two breadths.
The science subjects will have to be level 1 for the first semester so you would be filling in the first branch (even if you do level 1 science subjects in the second semester you will still fill in that branch)...
So for example, you do "biology of cells and organisms", "chemistry 1" and "calculus 1" and a breadth in first semester and "genes (I think that's te core science bio subject in second semester", "Chemistry 2", "calculus 2" and a breadth in second semester... The science subjects will go in the first branch (and the second) because they are all level 1 and the breadths "assuming they are level 1" will go in the "breadths level1,2,3 branch"...
As for the SSAF (student services and ammenities fee) I believe it is yellow because you can choose whether to pay it upfront or defer it and pay it in the future (similar to what you do with HECs, in CSP places)...

So basically you just need to feel in the subjects you plan to study this year..
Hope that helped.. :)

An example:

You want to enrol in 6 first year science subjects (assuming all level 1, you can check this via the handbook for each subject) and 2 breadth units.

You can put five subjects under the "Science level 1" section and another science subject under "Science levels 1, 2 & 3"

You can put in your breadth subjects under "breadth level 1, 2 & 3"
2012-2014. BSc: Neuroscience. University of Melbourne.
2015-2018. Doctor of Optometry. University of Melbourne.

Unlikely to respond to any PMs these days.
