Disadvantage in choosing bioenginnering through Biomedicine

Is there a disadvantage in choosing bioenginneering, in terms of missing out on doing Physics (life and environments) and experimental data and design. Will I miss anything that will disadvantage me in the GAMSAT or so? Or could you study physics by itself. Keep in mind, that I want to do postgraduate medicine in the future, but leaving the back-up option of engineering

Haha, i had the same thoughts, hence why I chose Science over biomed.
I've chosen subs that will let me do med, but say I dont get into med, I can do mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, or biomedical, or chemical engineering. - except it'll be a 3 years Masters (Rather than a 2 year course, which is when you do a major in engineering systems)
i dont see any huge disadvantages, just not as flexible

EDDA is he'll on earth. However, the statistical analysis techniques you learn a supposedly 'vital' in understanding experimental data and analysing the relevance of certain studies. If you've done vice physics, I wouldn't worry too much about the GAMSAT, although uni physics does help you prepare for that.

μ ± 2σ of people who complain about EDDA do so because they don't do any work for 10 weeks because "it's boring" and don't want to take responsibility for that -.-
