Subject: The disaster resilient city?

Hi guys,
I was thinking of doing GEOG30021 The Disaster Resilient City as a level 3 science elective since it might relate to civil engineering (my major).
Just wondering if anybody has done the subject before and if so, is it interesting or not?
Any info would be helpful.
