Not-for-profit organisations: includes charities and foundations. Their main purpose is to provide goods, services or funds to prevent particular social problems or for the broader benefit of the community.
They are part of the private sector, hence are owned privately, with the maximum of 50 shareholders.

lol.

Corporations are owned by shareholders, either up to 50 or unlimited depending on what sector it resides in, but are ran by a board of directors.

Government Departments are owned by the Government, obviously, as Government Department Enterprises are corporatised, in the public sector but run as though they are in the private sector, in the pursuit of profit to heighten the value of their assets and return to shareholders. They are owned by the government and shareholders, and are ran by a board of directors.

Non Profit Organisations, or charities and foundations, can be either private or public companies, but are in the private sector, meaning they can be owned by 50 shareholders, or unlimited shareholders.
