Your school and the VCAA website should be your first port of call. A few VCE companies do put up free sample questions/exams (just use Google for that). Alternatively, you could buy study guides (i.e. A+, ATARNotes, Checkpoints) - it may be worth spending a few dollars if it may help you in the long-run with SACs and the end-of-year exam.

I think if you're willing to put money into a Study Guide, I think that A+ notes would be a very good one to get! It's not too expensive and from experience I was really happy with it! The summaries are good, but more more importantly, the sample questions are quite well constructed and the sample answers give a clear understanding (generally) of how it should be marked as well. So that's where I would start in terms of buying notes.

Otherwise, as epl has said VCAA would be a good start or ask your teacher for additional questions/resources :)

I am also doing VCE Legal Studies 3 and 4 and I have my first SAC on Friday D:
I have purchased the A+ Legal Notes Study Guide and I highly recommend it as it is very useful. It is all summarised very well and there are practise exam questions as well as answers. So far for my studying, I have just been doing lots and lots of practise questions as well as re-reading points that I am not confident on.  As others have pointed out, the VCAA website is also a good place to go but the study design was changed a few years ago so make sure you only look at recent exams.

Good luck!

I need to support Azerel. Checkpoint is an amazing resource. Ordered by topic with questions from exams and some that have been written for the book. The answers are also very insightful. I would have struggled to achieve a 50 without it.
