Where should I be at?

(1/1)

Hey everyone,

I'm not sure about my SA class but I feel we are getting [very] behind. This week I'm making sketches for my pictures and beginning to explore my theme and its potential directions; I've also gathered images, brainstormed and researched my artist. At what stage of work (of the design process) should I be on so that I am on track or even better, ahead?

Thanks :)

I don't like doing this, but...

Bump for help.

I think by the end of term 2 we should have finished our development folios...
Meaning that you should continue experimenting on your potential directions until term 3.

And then in term 3 we actually start creating our piece.  :D

Don't worry, I'm pretty sure you're not behind. I still haven't finished my exploration proposal ._.

As long as you are keeping up with the rest of your class you should be fine. Maybe you could ask your teacher when the folio is due and make a week-by-week plan if you are worried about time?

Hey again,

I haven't done much in SA and I got over 4 weeks left until it's due. I'm trying to spend more time (3-4 hours a day) to catch up and get work done. Has anyone been in this situation? How did you go with it?'

And if anyone can answer this, what art classes could you recommend? I want to improve my drawing skills of people for unit 4.

Thank you :)
