What is the quickest way to get there. I live in greenvale 3059. Can drive to a train station. Stuck between in whether to get on Upfield line getting off at Jewel station then using tram 19. Other option is Craigieburn line getting off at melbourne central then tram 19. If there is any alternatives would be great to know :)

Another alternative: there is an express bus from North Melbourne Station to Melbourne Uni. Forgot the number of the bus, but probably not too hard to look up

sorry to hi jack but i was wondering. I travel from sunshine station to melbourne central, then hop on any tram to melb uni. Would taking the bus from north melbourne be any quicker? Or similar?

The bus from North Melbourne is quicker and easier.

The (401) bus comes every 3 mins during peak, 6 for offpeak, and stops pretty much right in front of uni. it also only has 3 stops on its route so is much quicker.

It's definitely faster both ways, I am always incredibly jealous of anybody who travels on a line crossing through North Melbourne, I wish I could get the bus there ): My tram/train combo is much less efficient.
