First year chemistry text book

hey guys,

For my CHM1011, the book I was prescribed:

Chemistry 2ed By Blackman Et Al

I was wondering if it would be okay to use the 1st edition instead?

This is what the first edition one looks like (to those who are familiar with it).

Thanks :)

I'm not sure, but I Chris Thompson said to us that the 2nd Edition one is much preferred :)
