First of all, please write properly. It's difficult reading text speech and it certainly does not allow for people to want to help you.

Secondly, I haven't watched Skin so I am unsure of the concepts but I can definitely help with the prompt.

"The way in which a person matures is influenced by the actions of others."

First of all, highlight the key words and then form questions about what the topic is asking you. It's done below:
"The way in which a person matures is influenced by the actions of others."

How are others' actions influential in how a person matures?
Do people always mature even though they are being influenced?
How do their previous knowledge of their identity differ to that of their new one?
How do people influence others?

Some arguments I thought about:

1. We are influenced by others through their ideas and concepts about the world, which may conflict or agree with ours, therefore furthering our knowledge...
2. We are not only influenced by other's actions but also that of our environment and its expectations of us and how we are to fulfil them.
3. We evolve in our thinking through the groups we accept and reject as it is through them where we realise who we are as a person

Those are just some points I thought about but there are many and I hope I've provided you with the basis to start of your essay.
