Just do that test at the end of every module in your textbook

And make sure you do chapter review. Very important.
And with further, what possibly could be on the test that'd surprise you? SACs are straight forward in further.

It's not that it's going to surprise me, but I'd like something to practice under similar circumstances, like practice exams...

do what I did then, go through all of the past exams and do questions that would fit into the chapters of the SAC you'd be doing

Congrats.
What type of SAC was it?
Did you face any data transformation questions?

22ish extended response questions expanding on the previous equations... I assume it's just a normal SAC, having never seen any other further SACs.  :-[

Linear inequations, linear programming and constructing/interpreting graphs.
Doing core module next, then number patterns and finally matrices

Thought all schools did Core first. Was your SAC a one-period SAC or did it go over the duration of a few days?

I see what you mean when you say unfair; My teacher gives us practice SACs that give us an indication of what we will be assessed on, in addition to the set out of the SAC, its length + possible areas of weakness. Try past students who went to your school + ask them about their Further Maths SACs :)
