Understand what your prac is (I'm assuming it's using titration to determine how much nitrogen is in fertiliser)
Make sure you know your calculations (stoichiometry, concentration, etc.)
What equipment you are using and its purpose (pipette - delivers known volume e.g 20mL, etc.)
Understand your procedure for the titration. You will most likely have a write-up and a question asking you to compare with the manufacturers specifications and provide reasons for a higher/lower percentage, so make note of what you are doing during the prac and if you make any mistakes that could affect your calculated percentage that you mention them.

Other than that just do a bunch of practice questions to really solidify your knowledge and allow you to walk into the room knowing what you have to do.
Good luck!

I agree, the best thing to do is understand the method you are using.  Ask questions, know exactly why you are doing things in each step, and think about what will happen to the end result if your stuff up at any step.  If you don't know why you are doing something ask someone.

Dilutions and errors also are a cause of hassle.  Sometimes a flow chart can help clarify things.

Know the equations for the chemical reactions.  In your calculations write down n(reactant) not just numbers.

Really common questions for volumetric SACs seems to be about sources of error in the experiment. For instance, something like 'Suppose you recorded a higher/lower concentration of x than suggested on the label. What mistakes could produce this error?' Things like not washing the instrumentation with the right substances, measurement error and so on.
