Can someone tell me if this sequence of transformations correctly describes y=2/(3-x) + 4 ----> y= 1/x

Translated 4 units down
Dilated by a faction of 1/2 from the x-axis
Translated 3 units to the left
Reflected in the x-axis

if my sequence of transformations are wrong, can someone post a correct sequence of transformations
thank you

All good, except should be a reflection in the y-axis.

For me.... everything in front of the "x" has to deal with the y axis!! hope that kind of helped :P

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that when going from a complicated to a basic graph, the transformations are generally done in this order: translations, reflections then dilations.

There's no difference.

You don't have to do it in that order, Sanguinne's description is perfectly valid.
