I think in our class we all added a few kg's due to the good produced!
Was there a lot of people in your class??  What other themes did you have in your class??

Haha thank you but yours also sounds great! Um there were about 18 I think in my class? There were more who joined this year because our 1/2 class last year only had 8 in second semester and 7 of those were year 10s like myself  :)

Um other themes were a going away party, berries, chocolate, a deli opening, organic farmers market stall and 1950s Australian cooking from what I can remember. What did other people in your class do?

We only had six! It sure made the cooking easy, we all got a good sized kitchen section each ;)

That's so lucky, we had to work 2 per bench, which really gets in the way of everything :/ We also had quite a few students who would mess around and don't care about the score they'll get, only picked food to cook.

That would get annoying... We all had an oven and a sink each plus all the equipment and things we needed, which came in handy when we had more complicated dishes.

Ours worked out okay because people would just rotate through as to who could share benches. And most people finished cooking in 5 weeks, but I didn't, so in the end we ended up getting our own bench.

In fact, I think that I never shared with anyone. I like to spread out when I cook so I just took over the bench on the back wall of the room which is massive!

What SS are you guys hoping to get?

Initially, I hoped for 40+. Now I have no idea whatsoever, as some of the folio write-ups were patchy and I have no indication of how it went... I'd say 35, but the scaling is terrible so I have no idea!

Oh come on guys you did pretty well on your folios and they mean more then the exam!

You can get a 45 it's achievable!
I'm hoping for a 40-45 and if I don't get I won't be annoyed! I'll just be happy with whatever!

Don't stress about it! You won't bomb out you clearly know your stuff!!

Umm no because if you get in the exam and you think you know it word for word and it doesn't look right you could second guess yourself and spend too much time on it or change it to the wrong answer!

Good point  8) I just did the 2012 paper and tried to correct is using the examiners report and going by their answers I think I would have got 93/100. But there were some answers that I wrote that weren't there but I checked in my textbook and I think they're right. Are the responses on the examiners report usually the more common ones? Like for the listing questions? Because that's where I had different answers
