ANU Law applying as a school leaver even though you have started course elsewher

Hi There,
I am just wondering if ANU will let you apply as a school leaver to do their law course even if you have started a law degree elsewhere?
I am in my 2nd year of Monash Law but my family is moving to the ACT. My GPA would not be high enough for me to transfer but my ATAR was 98.2 and I graduated in 2011. Cheers.

http://students.anu.edu.au/applications/transfer.php It looks like ANU doesn't have a transfer policy based on GPA or anything like that, so I don't think that will be a problem. It seems you just apply like a normal UAC applicant, and then once you get into the course you apply to get your previous credit recognised. http://students.anu.edu.au/manage/request-credit.php (Monash and ANU are both group of 8 unis so there's that credit transfer agreement http://www.go8.edu.au/students/go8-credit-transfer_agreement, so hopefully things would work out)
I would probably call the College of Law (http://law.anu.edu.au/contact-us) and also the admissions phone number http://students.anu.edu.au/contacts/students.php just to double check things too.
