Electrode potentials

If you go down to the bottom, you see that fluorine can be reduced to either HF or F- depending on whether or not there is acid. What happens if we made a half cell with fluorine gas and hydrogen ions with another half cell with just fluoride ions? I'm not sure if this is possible, but it seems as though this cell would have a net reaction of H+ + F- =>HF, which isn't a redox reaction. Voltage?
