As the title says.

iirc no, you can't. this is incase you rip the stuck on bit off to reveal extra notes or something or other. This is anecdotal evidence btw, there's probably a proper set of guidelines out there, but I remember a mate of mine rocking up to the Physics exam with me only to be told he couldn't bring his cheat sheet in because everything was stuck on it.

Then they had to mess around copying in black and white, shrinking to fit it within the printing margins etc etc etc

I'd say glue everything you need down first, then photocopy it so that it's just the one sheet :)
