Hey Guys,
I know mathematics don't require us to write down formulas and stuff (one of the head examiners came to our school and told us). However, do you know if it is required for sciences?? so like do we have to write n=m/M and all that rubbish or just the values?
Cheers,

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you do unless you're willing to write out the units of each value you're using in your calculations.

E.g. This is what I do:
n=m/M=25/50= 0.5 mol
See how I wrote out the formula but therefore, I didn't have to write out the units

But if you don't write out formula:
25g/50gmol^-1 = 0.5 mil

Cause if you just write 25/50 the examiners will have no idea what you're doing (they can't just assume)

Right true man. I guess it can be done for maths because arbituary values are being messed with, not physical quantities
