I can't decide whether I want to do: FOOD20003 Food Chemistry, Biology and Nutrition, VETS20014 Foundations of Animal Health 1 or CEDB20003 Fundamentals of Cell Biology.
All of them has similar workload (I think). I just can't decide, whats your opinion, please help me out.

I know a couple of people who struggled with cell biology, not sure why though.

Have you read the handbook entries on each? The descriptions of the subjects and most importantly the kinds of assessment?
Maybe look the the timetable and see which gives you the best contact hours.
2012-2014. BSc: Neuroscience. University of Melbourne.
2015-2018. Doctor of Optometry. University of Melbourne.

Unlikely to respond to any PMs these days.

Cell Bio got some spiffing reviews in the Subject Reviews and Ratings thread, and I've heard from other people it's pretty good :3 But of course since nobody does the food chem subject there's nobody to ask about what the quality of the subject is like :(

There's a decent amount of info on Cell Bio here: Re: Principles of Microbiology & Immunology or Fundamentals of Cell Biology?
It was a very straight-forward subject that was easy to do well in. However, as someone who didn't take Foundations of Animal Health and now wants to do the DVM, I'm annoyed at myself for not taking it, since it'll put me back a year at least (though if I could go back I wouldn't do Principles of Genetics, but that's just me!)
2011: VCE
2012-2014: BSc (Cell and Developmental Biology) - Animal Cell Biology specialisation
2015-2016: Masters in Laboratory Medicine
