I'm currently doing the TSSM 2013 Trial Exam, and I got stuck on the first question (eek!)

How would I define 'Employer of choice' ? I can't find it in my text book!

Thank you!  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D :D

Employer of choice is a term that is used to depict a public or private employer whose practices, policies, benefits as well as general work conditions have enabled it to successfully attract and retain talent because employees choose to work there. It is a company in which employees feel valued hence increasing a company's ability to draw and maintain skilled employees.
