This link may help (Very basic though): http://www.dairy.edu.au/discoverdairy/Teachers/From-Farm-to-Plate-Module/About-Dairy-Products.aspx

Inputs
Water, equipment, minerals, cows and other animals, nutrients (calcium, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, magnesium, etc.). There will obviously be a whole lot more (Mentioned in the Link above).

Transformation Process
Converting the raw materials into finished products. e.g. Using the equipment, water, cows and nutrients, and converting them into dairy products, such as milk, yogurt, ice cream, butter, etc.

Outputs
Milk, butter, cheese, cream, ice cream, etc.

Hope this helps! :)
