say for a question that has a specific answer in the report.

"the psychologist gives Max a sticker for every session he does not get out of his seat. The sticker acts a
positive reinforcer to encourage the behaviour of staying in his seat"
would I be required to be this specific e.g mention every 5 minutes and a sticker  or would saying Max could be given a treat as a reward for staying in his seat so that he stays in it due to positive reinforcement.

The context was a psychologist and how they could change behaviour (leaving seat) of a patient through operant conditioning.

Always be specific to the question stem (so use the names they use). Best to show what you understand as concisely as you can. Saying every 5 minutes is no different to saying 'every session' or something. (I'm not actually 100% sure on what you're asking, but it's best to be specific)
