Because I'm planning to do imaginative writing, i have encountered some problems responding to prompts
So if anyone could share some insight, that would be awesome

For instance, if the prompt is: What people remember shapes their understanding of themselves and the world
Do i explore
- the cause: WHY it shapes their understanding (persistency of memories etc)
- the effect (alter realities etc)
Another question would be the 2011 prompt, "shared experience does not mean people see things the same way"
Can i present a scenario where someone has a highly different reality from "normal" people due to blah blah blah and hence, perhaps have a very different response to certain things?
Or do i have to show at least 2 different perspectives of the same event?
Lastly, if the prompt is something like "Living in the world of others is easier than being ourselves"
Can I write an imaginative where I depict conforming as self diminishing etc?
would that be responding to the prompt? or way off?
In a sense, if it was in an expository form, i would be disagreeing and then exploring on the other side of things, but would examiners think an imaginative approach of DISAGREEING is appropriate?
and do you guys think VCAA will ever give a generic prompt like "our reality is affected by many different factors"?
Because tbh, the expository kids would find it easy and just bomb it.
But being abject at expository writing (even though i can do TR), I'll just die because usually creative pieces are more focused on one aspect.
Thanks a lot!
