VCAA graded assessment

May be its a silly question...
Not sure how to read the graded assessments... :( Like... why is max score 80 for GA2(exam 1), max score 160for GA3?
so double the mark on the exam paper?

Your exam will be marked by two different people and the marks given by both summed, hence the scores in the graded assessments are double that of the marks on the exam.

Each paper gets marked twice, the marks added together.
Examiner 1 give you 30/40, examiner 2 gives you 31/40 for a total mark of 61/80.
