Hi everyone, just a bit confused here. would you lose marks if you gave MORE info than required? e.g. for a matrices question for a simultaneous equation with matrices and you had to find the cost of one of the variables but I stated the cost of of all THREE variables..would that be wrong? Thanks for the help! :)

If it is all correct you shouldn't lose any marks, however if one of them is wrong (even the ones they don't ask for) you risk losing the answer mark.

A very good Further teacher I used to work with had as one of her big frustrations students writing unnecessary content or getting creative in their answers. She was of the strict opinion that Further was a subject where you just needed to write what was required, word for word. Note: This is just me passing on what she always used to tell me!!
