Definitely! There's many different scholarships on offer if you are eligible for SEAS so it's definitely worthwhile in applying for it (likewise with a scholarship application too :) )

Hmm that's strange... I had a check in my hardcopy VTAC guide and there's nothing that comes up with Bachelor of Arts Scholars or Bachelor of Arts/Commerce Scholars (only Biomedical Scholars Program) nor does it come up in a search for 2016 courses for Monash here (just typed in "Scholar" and those are the courses that explicitly state they offer a Scholars Program for those courses)... might want to check up with VTAC on this though since Monash does still have it on their website though on this page it states:
Quote
If you are selected for our program, you have shown exceptional academic potential. That's why we give you leeway to develop your academic strengths on your own terms. As a Dean's scholar, you can design your own personalised arts program that may differ from the standard Bachelor of Arts in both depth and range.
and then heading over here, it doesn't talk about Bachelor of Arts anywhere for Dean's Scholarship... I'm fairly certain they still offer it if it's applied through VTAC (no mention of course amendments from Monash in regards to this too)... so yeah I think it's best to call up Monash/VTAC and ask about it since Internet searching doesn't reveal anything else  :-X

For some of my subjects, it takes like a month.

Are you taking about the SAC result or the actual copy of the SAC?

Depends on the subject tbh, for me Chinese last year and the maths we got back basically within the next few classes. Chemistry was similar but the Prac sacs took a bit longer (2 weeks max). English takes on average 5 weeks or more because of the teachers cross marking, and they're always arguing about sac marks.

Don't quote me but I'm pretty sure its one of those courses you can't add in later. May as well just put it first and be safe, if you don't get the atar it won't matter really

I've put commerce chancellors as pref 1 and normal commerce pref 2, so you might as well put it in if you have the spaces :P
