One question I got was explain the matrix structure with 2 features and 1 advantage of it. It was a 5 mark question. No idea how to score 5 marks for this as the textbook and information I have doesn't touch on it much. Also the case doesn't say anything to do with matrix at all.

Why are you making so many threads for single questions? There is a thread that says specifically says to post questions in it, especially for the specific nature of questions like this.

1. Define management structure [1 mark]
2. Define Matrix Structure / Explain what it is ; A matrix management structure is the combination of a functional and divisonal structure, which means employees and resources are divided into both functional and divisional departments. [1 mark]
3. Explain two features [2 marks]
4. Explain one advantage of it [1 mark].

I think the better question is 'explain corporate social responsibility' and how that can be 3 marks, unless you are defining social responsibility, official and real culture.
