do we need to know the no. of the chapters inside the structural protection that contain the legislative, judicial, and executive power? also do we need to know S.7, S.24 and S. 28?

Yes, S.7 and S.24 are crucial as they assert that members of government must be elected by the people in order to achieve a representative government (allowing us the right to vote).

Noooo. Structural protection allows us the right to vote. The only implied right in the Constitution is the right to freedom of political communication.

I posted this question just today :P I originally thought it was an implied right too.
