Globalisation as a Change

Hi,

What could I possibly write about with an Australian organisation that has undertaken 'globalisation' as a change and thus, how it impacts on their internal environment???

I've googled this for hours - I can't find any Australian LSO that has began exporting stuff (apart from mining companies) or moved to another organisation without franchising, but just expanding with original owners. With mining organisations, I don't really see how globalisation could be a 'change' through companies like BHP Billiton, as they have always been exporting, thus not really a change.

Other organisations like 'Boost Juice' who began in Australia and started operating overseas did so by franchising, so it hardly effects the large-scale organisation in Australia if some investors from India decide to use the Boost name and have no association otherwise.

Could someone please help me? I'm having so much trouble identifying an organisation that has had globalisation as a change, in which started in Australia and has some information about its history of when it began it's global communications, exporting or expansion overseas etc.

I'd appreciate it a tonne!
