Personally.. because they said 'Explain two indicators of corporate culture that RELATE to beliefs and values of the organisation'.. it was quite open ended and could've been rituals and symbols but also many other things.
I left this question until the end, otherwise I would have wasted time trying to decypher what 'indicators' was referring at. But anyway, I quickly put together that the Uniform's they wear indicate their united and how they represent the same values/beliefs.
I then also said, the participation rate.. I know it's a Performance Indicator that measures the Culture, but could you use it as a 'Indicator' (accordance to VCAA's confusing wording -.-).
Such as.. if many people participate in social activities and other activites within the organisation, it represents the organisations ideals on employee participation, resulting in increase morale and satisfaction in the workplace? ie. employees are naturally interested to participate in a non-compulsory activity because everyone is doing it, employees don't usually laze around and show a lack of enthusiasm.
Could someone please tell me what they think on employee participation?
