How to study photovaltics and solar engineering at UoM

i was just wondering if there are any courses involving photovaltics and/or solar panel engineering at melbourne. the only uni i could find with such a course is UNSW but i dont really wanna move interstate. is there a masters program or something, or would it be a specialisation under the mechanical systems major in BSc
