Hey ESD 2 students,

I'm in ESD 2 this semester and I thought that over the holidays I may aswell make a place for ESD 2 students to discuss anything relating with ESD 2!

My work shop is on at 3pm - 6pm (Monday)!

BORING BORING BORING, the workshops feel like a very very very long tute compared to ESD1.
A lot of theory work, mostly about logic gates and binaries.

I agree with you nak.
ESD2 was hell and it hurt my brain so much. Stupid stuff related to forces and moments (I still don't know what a moment is :P). And the MATLAB they expect you to do in ESD2 is too advanced/difficult for most people. :( :( :(

When you say moment are your refering to something like moment of inertia? Because we did all the stuff on forces and moment of inertia and I don't think for first year it could get more complex that what we did there!

To be quite honest, I can't remember.
For those who didn't/have not done any physics (like me and many others), we struggled quite a lot.

But yeah, the stuff on forces, moments etc is supposed to be "basic" - shouldn't be too complex, I think.
