Will you undertake in Australia any units of study contributing to the course of study of which the unit forms a part ? <--- what does this mean. Is this even English?

EDIT: Lol, I answered yes but damn this question is like o_O. Someone enrol for me, this is taking too long.

I had to google the entire sentence to help me find out what it meant haha. Why can't they just say things in a simple way, come on, why make it harder for me to enrol?
