Cannot register Monash account with VTAC ID?

hi guys, i got my offer of science but I can't seem to register for a monash account, it sent this massage

ERROR: You have entered an invalid identification number or your details have not yet been added to our database (try again in 2 hours time). Alternatively, the number is wrong or you may have already registered, in which case you cannot register again.

Only use this page if you are registering for your Monash computer account for the first time, ie if you are a prospective student at Monash with a letter of offer, or a new student at Monash who has just enrolled, or a current student who has not yet obtained your computer account.

If you are using a VTAC number, please ensure that you include the letter as part of the number.

is anyone have same problem?

Try giving them a call tomorrow: one of my friends had this problem today. She called them and after a while she could register.
