First year timetable help

Hi, I've started researching about the subjects I would like to do and those that I am required to do for my first year in the Bachelor of Commerce program. At this stage I plan to major in Accounting and Finance, so I've looked into required 1st yr subjects for these majors these are
                              - Accounting reports and analysis
                              - Accounting processes and analysis
                              - Intro Financial Accounting
                              - Finance 1
With the 3 compulsory subjects ( Quant 1, Intro micro, intro macro) , That only leaves one breadth subject available.

But in the commerce prospectus it says that first year students must take
- the 3 compulsory subjects
- 3 subjects from the core program
- and 2 breadths

I'm wondering how to meet requirements for a majors later on in Accounting and Finance within the course structure.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I don't think 2 breadth subjects in first year is mandatory. Recommended perhaps?
But if it is, your first year would be : Intro micro, Intro Macro, QM1, ARA, APA, IFA, Principles of Business law (breadth) & Breadth no.2

Finance 1 is not compulsory towards a finance major. With the accounting subjects you've done, along with QM1, you'll be able to do the 2nd year finance subject : 'Business Finance', which allows you to do level 3 finance subjects in 3rd year. (Which gives you the finance major)

Hope that made sense.  ???
