Help me choose my last subject

So far my subjects look like this:

Sem1:
Calc 1
Physics 1
Introductory Microeconomics

Sem2:
Calc 2
Physics 2
esd2
linear algebra


As you can see I need to choose one more subject for semester one but I'm having a difficult time because of the sheer number of subjects to choose from. Can anybody recommend any subjects? I'm hoping to major in civil engineering btw. I was thinking maybe philosophy or another commerce breadth subject but I'm not sure. Please help!

Could take linear algebra in S1 and then do Engineering Maths in S2.

I cant because I didnt do spesh in year 12

Sorry, my bad. Read S1 as Calc2 and completely disregarded the 2nd semester subjects.

Since you're not doing a breadth in sem 2, I would pick another one in sem 1 so you won't be behind in breadths and have to do them later on when when you might not want to.

I actually liked that I could do 2 first year breadths in 2nd year, and a 2nd year breadth in 3rd year. It slightly lowered the load and expectation (as it jumps up a lot from 1st to 2nd year) and made everything I little more relaxed.

Thanks for the responses guys. I tried to choose introductory macroeconomics but I couldn't because introductory microeconomics is a prerequisite, so I chose "Philosophy: the big questions".

Thanks basicacid, same to you! I'm pretty sure we can choose a few more commerce subjects than just the two introductory economics. For example I think we can choose finance 1 and a few others but the rest didnt really interest me.
