They all do, but I would attend Chem 2 in person...

thanks for the advice. I'm asking specifically do people have to go to the "streamed lectures" (idk if thats what its called)- where if they go to L01/1, they should go to L02/1, L03/1 etc etc.

also, should they schedule tutes earlier in the week or later or does it not make a difference?

Ohhh now I get what you mean.  WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME, I thought you meant like 'streaming lectures online'.

It might have changed since I did it but for all of those subjects, as far as I am concerned, it won't matter what you go to even if they are 'streamed'.  You'll be forced to put them in your official timetable in a stream if they are but you won't actually have to attend the same time for each of the days.

I don't think it really made much of a difference for me, but you might want to choose later if you can, just so you attend the tute after you've learnt the most material.  It's not a big deal if you can't, though.

Being at university is really not as bad as it seems ;) Definitely spread it out over three days - 10-7 will exhaust you quickly and leave you with no opportunity to get involved with all the funs things available within the university community.

I usually have to cram in a 9-5pm day because of work but i find that i tend to lose concentration after about 4 hours.  I much prefer having a 3-4 hour day and then spending 3 hours AT UNI (cause studying at home is distracting) solidifying what I learned that day and perhaps doing some assignments and revision.

thanks for the advice.. yeah I'm worried that i will lose concentration by the end of the day and totally unpleasant by the time the 5:45 pm tutorial comes around lol

I actually prefer to study at home..

I won't be able to log in until 11:30 and there are certain lectures/tutes I need for work purposes. Will I have any chance at all?

First year subjects have a staggered release sometime in late Feb so you can do it then if you miss out.

Let me consult my crystal ball........

Sorry to be sarcastic dude but noone here can answer that with any certainty.  You could get lucky but your chances of getting what you want are reduced.

Nothing worse then travelling all the way into the city for 1 class and 1 lecture then going home.

It depends on the subject. With some there are a lot of times/slots available, and with others there aren't. A number of slots also aren't allocated in the first instance and timetabling opens again in a few weeks with about 3 openings per tutorial time available for every class.

If you're lucky the system will crash tomorrow until 10am. Of course if this happens you'll be going to university alone because the brains of everyone else will explode.
