So I just found out that I am eligible for SEAS. I have no idea on how these things really work and after research and Monashs SEAS calculator i still dont understand. If the course I want to do requires a 98.80 at monash and I have SEAS for medical illness, what sort of atar could i get in with? also, what other scholarships are there? I know theres monashs excellence and equity scholarship, what atar do i need for that?
thanks guys :D

The University will add on 'bonus' aggregate points to your final aggregate score depending on how much the University thinks your illness affected your studies. For a 'Disability or Medical Condition' the most you can get is 5 aggregate points according to the SEAS calculator.

According to 2013 aggregate table: http://www.vtac.edu.au/pdf/aggregate-ATAR.pdf I reckon you would need a total of 187.4 aggregate points.

tl;dr: The ATAR you need will really depend on the circumstances of your medical illness and how 'badly' the illness affected your studies in VCE.
ATAR: 89.45
2012: IT - Software Development [36]
2013: English [36] | Methods [36] | Specialist [27] | Physics [33] | Chemistry [27]
2014-2017: BE (Hons) at Monash University
