Hey guys! Are any of guys reading 'Ransom' for English right now?
Could someone please help me make a list of main events that happened in the novel, in the form of a timeline. I haven't read through the whole book yet but my teacher is expecting a timeline of some sort by tmr.

Hmm, you should have read the novel ;\.
Anyway here is a short and quick timeline/summary
SPOILERS ALERT!!!:
1. Plot is set during the Trojan War
2. Achielli's best friend Patroclus is killed by Hector
3. Achellis is FUMED by this, so he hunts down Hector and kills him
4. Still angry, he ties Hector's body to a chariot and drives it up and down Troy for 11 days. Hector's family is able to see this.
5. Troy is deeply shocked and saddened with the death of Hector
6. King of Troy, Prim has a vision which leads him on a ordinary chariot tailored by two mules, Beauty and Shock and the driver
7. They meet a god who leads them safely to Greece
8. Achiellis, first meeting Priam thinks Priam is his father
9. They both cotemplate and agree that Achillis will hand over Hector to Priam for lots of treasure
10. Achillis no longer feels distraught and is changed
That was a simple summary, I didn't go through all the events that occur during the pond, how important the driver was throughout the novel or the important convo between Priam and his wife. But this should be helpful for you last minute assignment.
