Hey guys, so I just switched into Studio Arts and was looking towards exploring the theme of isolation and racism, but I just can't seem to find any artists who base their works on those concepts...

I'm sure there are many, many artists that are influenced by isolation and racism! You aren't looking in the right places. Maybe try search up artists exploring cultural identity or alienation, try to broaden it a bit so you can find more that may have aspects of isolation and racism.
I can only name Vernon Ah Kee at the top of my head, he is an indigenous Australian artist http://www.milanigallery.com.au/artist/vernon-ah-kee
