I have never been to a summer school so I can't comment on which one is better. I was just providing another option :)
I was thinking about going to one this year but then I decided not to and I';ll just attend lectures throughout the year.

Even though I've never been to summer school, I reckon TSFX is the best - a lot of my school mates went to TSFX in Year 12 and commented that the programs they had there were the best.

My sister is doing TSFX summer school this week for Specialist Maths and Physics.

I went to the MU summer school last year, and as enjoyable as it was, it was more for the social aspect. A couple of my tutors were really serious and put a lot of effort into the classes, but some were more there for light-hearted reminiscing and story-telling. It most definitely wasn't a waste of time, but it might not be for everyone.

Is going to the summer school at TSFX too late?

I thought I wouldn't have to go but uhh I've changed my mind. (Wasn't as productive as I thought I was going to be).

You can try ringing tsfx up dekoyl since they might accept late applicants if they have room.

I see TSFX is the bench mark of lectures since they decent all through subjects in addition to their competitive prices and alot of good notes. 4/5

Lecture ratings for the whole year based on what ive been told from past students, im not sure they do summer schools though but you can check them out if you want...
NEAP are also good but some are expensive ive been told their chemistry ones are good. 4/5
TSSM are crap dont even consider it 1/5
Access Education they are alright for some lectures but are normally one day lectures. 3/5
Victoria University is also good because it is free 3/5
Cruzin lectures ive been told are good 3/5
The Age Expo lectures are short, but worth your money considering you can go to other lectures for that day 3/5
Edassist is ok 2/5
MU summer school is decent depending on some factors 3/5

Then there are companies that focus just on one or two subjects, and i cant rate them since i havent experience them or i dont do the particular subjects.

Hope this helps but it also depends on the individual as well as the lecturer, my ratings are just a generalisation of the companies as a whole.

i think it would be better to go to the final revision lectures instead of summer school, as the things that they teach you there only skim the surface, whereas the final lectures would be more in depth.

I went to the TSFX lectures for Methods on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, which were useful. I am also going to Access for Chemistry.
TSFX are good from what I've seen and pretty good for value imo.

hrmm TSFX semms to have more positive feedbacks, but i think i will probably give enhance education a shot, sine they only cater for biology.
