Performance Indicator Question

Just doing some questions and came across this, how can i best answer this ~

Evaluate the use of number of customer complaints in regards to determining if Qantas baggage handlers are happy and satisfied.

Any help would be awesome, thanks! :)

By conducting a customer satisfaction of Qantas baggage handlers, they will know whether or not the baggage handlers are happy with the current customer service. Through the feedback that is obtained from the survey, Qantas can look at what needs to be done within the organisation to improve the baggage handling experience.
