No I'm not the tutor haha, but I know the tutor and can vouch for her excellence!

I did it last year.
It was a factual scenario question relating to the statute, and there were 2 short answer policy questions relating to the procedure of trials (ie: pros/cons of higher/lower courts) and the second one was about themes that you do in week 1-2.

No guarantees it'll be the same this year.

Yea my lecturer said there are problem questions and short-answer questions (I take it to be policy) so I think it will be similar.
