Credit transfer?

Hi guys,
So this is pretty random but I'm doing a year-long program at the moment for which you get a diploma of business from an institution called SILK education at the end. I was wondering if I would be eligible to apply for credit transfer seeing as I'm doing a Bachelor of Commerce and law so I might be able to get credit for some commerce units. However, I've only read that you can get credit for prior study which i assume means before enrolling into my course.. Do you know who I can contact regarding this and if i'd be eligible for credit considering it isn't 'prior' study?

The law faculty manages all law double degrees, so the first step is probably to contact them
