just to double check:
if OA = 3i +4k
OX = (10/9)(2i-2j+k)
IAXI = IAO +OXI
        = -3i - 4k +(20/9)i - (20/9) + (10/9)k
        = - (7/9)i - (26/9)k
magnitude of that is (5sqrt29)/9?
right? why is the ans(5sqrt5/3)

just to make sure IOXI = 10/3 right?

You skipped the j component when you were adding the vectors. AX should be -1/9(7+20j+26k).

cause what i did was:
OX = (10/9)(2i-2j+k)
IOXI = sqrt ((20/9)^2 + (-20/9)^2 + (10/9)^2) = 10/3??
but the ans says its 3???
