Operations management further reading?

So I've got my Operations Management SAC tomorrow afternoon (only the first part of chapter 3 from key concepts, not optimisation) and I've done all the StudyOn questions relating to the SAC, i've done summary notes and read over them multiple times and I've done a practise SAC. I think I would benefit from some reading that doesn't relate specifically to definitions and metalanguage etc, but more application based reading. Like reading on advantages, disadvantages, case studies etc. Anyone know of anything available ONLINE that would be beneficial?

I found a textbook by Pearson on their site entirely on Operations Management... It has a fair amount of related to what we are doing in VCE, so if anybody would like to have a look, here it is:
