English 1/2 sac help!!

I have a sac tomorrow and we have to do imaginative writing using a prompt
We watched a movie "In Time" so the prompt is going to be about it and the topic is dystopia. Can anyone please explain me how to do this sac and how can I make it really good. We are allowed to take notes with us but I am not sure what I should put in my notes!
