Well well well, I'm sure we are all a victim of this, and by far I am the worst when it comes to tackling this issue!
A matter of fact, I'm doing it now instead of homework! If you guys know any worthwhile tips or strategies in order to minimise my procrastination time, please do post!
Especially as my crammed SACs dates are coming!
Thanks heaps.

My friend in my English class mentioned to our class the other day there's an app you can buy that locks you out of particular websites for 55 minutes (study in that 55 minutes) and then opens them up for 5 minutes (your study break).

I also exaggerate my to-do lists so I get nervous I'm not going to get everything done, haha.

Some tips to avoid procrastination:
Write down everything you need to get done at the start of the day and read over it as many times as you need to
Remove all distractions
Remind yourself of your goals
Keep a record of the time you spend procrastinating, and write a column next to it stating what you could have accomplished in that time, read over this when you feel the urge to do something that will cause you to procrastinate
