I don't really know what you mean by the "use" of 对 and 久, but nonetheless here are some examples of how to use them in sentences.

对: This word has many meanings...

eg, 我对你在说话 (I am talking to you)

你做对了 (You did it correctly)

久: Again many meanings to this word...

eg, 你还有多久才做完? (How long do you have until you finish?)

历史悠久 (Rich history)

To uses these 2 words in the same sentence: 我对他说: “你还有多久才能帮我?” (I said to him, "how long until you can help me?")

我学习了两年的中文。

久 is used similar to 'long time' in English: I've studied Chinese for a long time, 我学习中文已经很久了。 [note, 已经 carries a similar meaning to "already"/"so far"/"up to now"]

Yeah like Mao said 久 can be used to show the extend/length of time.

Another way of saying "i have learnt chinese for 2 years?" could be "我学中文已经两年了".

昨天我提了三次足球。

Yes you are right, 次 is often used to say how many times you have done something, it is normally preceded by a number like 1, 2, 3, 4... etc

可以is used when someone is able/illegible to do something.  eg: 我可以睡觉,但是没有睡。I could sleep, but i didn't. 会is more suitable for times when something is certainly going to happen. eg: 有了太阳,花一定会开。想has two meanings. 1,thinking or missing something. eg: 他总是在想父母。2,want something. 我想吃饭。要is mostly used when someone wants/needs something, and could be used instead of 想. eg: 我要吃饭。   these are all i could think of atm. people feel free to add more :)

可以 is normally used when someone askes for permission to do something, it can also mean "can do something"

eg, 我可以打乒乓球 (I can play table tennis)

我可不可以玩游戏?(Can I play some games?)

会 means "know how to do something"

eg, 我会弹钢琴 (I know how to play the piano)

想 and 要 are quite similar. They both contain aspects of "wanting"

eg, 我想买个猫。 (I want to buy a cat)

我要吃饭了。 (I want to eat now)

[Although 想 tends to be more of a "wish", something you yearn for but might not nessecarily come true, so use 想 when you "wish" for something]
