General tips/hints when drawing bearings?

Hey guys, just found this forum on a whim and was wondering if anyone could help?

I really struggle with graphically illustrating a bearings question so that I can analyze it and determine the angles, etc.

Does anyone have any advice to look for key words in the questions or perhaps a video demonstrating?
Thanks! :)

I suggest drawing a large, light plus sign at every point where a straight line starts or ends. This plus sign represents N,S,E and W and you use it to mark in the direction of the next line/bearing from that point.
