it doesnt matter at all unless you were doing a 3/4 subject. if that were the case find out what you would be missing and study it before you leave/on the plane/when you return

I went on a cruise last year with family and missed 10 days of school. School got a bit annoyed but I made sure I caught up on all the work and it was fine (including working ahead of my 3/4 class to sit a SAC early) and it all worked out.

Well, as said above it shouldn't matter at all if you're not doing a 3/4, and not much even if you are; however, depending on the attitude of your school to absences, you might be better off clearing it with them before leaving.
